These Terms of Service govern your use of Imganva and its image tools. By using Imganva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Imganva
Imganva provides browser-based image utility tools including image compression, image conversion, image resizing, and image-to-text (OCR). These tools are available for personal and professional use subject to the conditions set out below
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Imganva. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use Imganva with the awareness of a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Imganva for lawful purposes only. When using any tool on this platform, you agree that you will not:
- Upload files that contain illegal content of any kind
- Upload files that infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of Imganva or its infrastructure
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access Imganva tools in ways that place unreasonable load on our servers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Imganva platform
- Use Imganva in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these conditions.
4. Your Files and Content
You retain full ownership of any files you upload to Imganva.
By uploading a file, you grant Imganva a limited, temporary licence to process that file solely for the purpose of delivering your requested output. This licence ends when processing is complete and the file is removed from our systems.
You are solely responsible for the files you upload. You confirm that:
- You have the right to upload and process the files you submit
- The files do not contain content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others
- You will not upload files containing sensitive personal data of other individuals without their consent
5. Tool Limitations and Output Accuracy
Imganva’s tools are provided as-is. While we aim for reliable and accurate results, we cannot guarantee that every output
will be perfect.
In particular:
- Image compression may result in varying degrees of quality reduction depending on settings and file type.
- Image conversion may not preserve all format-specific features when switching between file types.
- Image resizing may affect image sharpness depending on the degree of scaling.
- Image-to-text (OCR) accuracy depends on the clarity, language, and formatting of the source image. Results
may contain errors and should be verified before use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in any important context.
6. Service Availability
Imganva is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific tool. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes at any time, with or without prior notice.
We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the service
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Imganva platform — including the site design, tool interfaces, written content, and branding — is the property of Imganva and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Imganva’s branding, content, or interface elements without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Imganva may use third-party services to operate parts of its infrastructure. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or reliability of third-party providers.
Links to external websites or services, where present, are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for external sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Imganva is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The tools will meet your specific requirements in every case
- Processing results will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose
- The platform will be available at all times without interruption
Use of Imganva is at your own discretion and risk
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imganva and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any tool
- Loss or corruption of files during processing
- Errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
- Unauthorised access to files you have uploaded
Your use of Imganva does not create any professional relationship — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise — between you and Imganva or its operators.
